Many people might not think that Love is Blind is the best way to find true love, but for some couples, it has clearly worked. Take Amber and Matt Barnett from season one. They just enjoyed their sixth wedding anniversary in 2024 and are going to have a baby in 2025. For example, Johnny McIntyre and Amy Cortés from season six got engaged in the pods and then got married. They are getting close to their second wedding anniversary this May.
We could call it “love at first listen” instead of “love at first sight.” Cortés said on the show, “It wouldn’t have mattered what he looked like.” “I fell deeply in love with his soul and heart.”
Not all Love is Blind couples are as lucky, though. In fact, McIntyre and Cortés were the only ones who stayed together from Love is Blind season 6 on. What aboutLove is Blind season 7? Again, every couple broke up in the end, except for one. Here is a list of what happened with each pair in Love is Blind season 7.
9 Couples Are Still Together inLove Is Blind Season 7:
1.Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans:
Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans are the only couple from Love is Blind season 7 who stuck together, which is a good start. After making fans and, of course, each other fall in love, they got engaged and married in the last episode of the show.
“Sometimes the universe just calls and you can say yes to something people call an unlucky number or an illogical way to choose a life partner but I’m so happy we said yes and continuing to defy the odds,” Krause wrote on Instagram. “@garrett.josemans I fell in love with you for your kindness, intelligence, honesty and wit but I’m staying for the fish.
After living in Krause’s city of San Diego for a while, the couple has since moved to Washington, D.C. Krause said, “I think it’s just a really great compromise.” “It makes us both very happy, and we’re going to do it in a few months. I’m sure it will help us grow after our first big move together.”
2. Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis:
Even though Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis got married at the end of the Love is Blind season 7, they weren’t planning to stay together for a long time. After being married for about a year, they broke up in January 2025.
“After a lot of thought, I want to share that Tyler and I have been living apart for a few weeks and have now made the hard decision to end our marriage,” Adionser said in a statement that People saw. “While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”
She said, “This was not a decision I made lightly, but one I know is necessary for my own growth and peace,” she says. “This part of my life is coming to an end, but I will always value the time and love we shared.” Please give me space during this very private time when I’m trying to heal and start over. Thanks for understanding and being there for me.
Before they broke up, the couple also made news when it came out that Francis had spent Christmas morning with his three real children before going on the show and wasn’t just a sperm donor.
“There are pictures of me around,” he said. “A friend and I played a part that got very shaky.” There aren’t any rules for this, but I do want everyone to know that Ashley knows all of this. The whole world just learned about this, but we’ve never heard of it.
3. Marissa George and Ramses Prashad:
Ramses Prashad broke up with Marissa George just a few days before their wedding was supposed to air on TV. In an interview with Vulture, George later said, “I was pretty shocked by how much doubt and uncertainty he felt.” “When someone beams at you every day, several times a day, and says, “I’m all in,” hearing, “Not only do I no longer want to get married to you, I don’t want to date you anymore,” is shocking.” I no longer want to do anything. You really feel like your world is upside down at that point. “Are you crazy?” you ask yourself.
Now that George is over his shock, he met someone the old-fashioned way: in person. Prashad, on the other hand, doesn’t want to date anyone else just yet. He told Tudum, “I quickly realized that all I needed to do was take a step back, think, and enjoy my friendships.”
4. Let’s hear it for the alums:
Now for a baby report that won’t cause as much debate: Season 4 alumni Bliss and Zack are the first married Love is Blind season 7 couple to have a child. Along with some names from past seasons, the couple came to the reunion to talk about how their lives have changed since then. It’s the best thing ever that they have a girl together. Bliss said, “Becoming parents has made our relationship and love stronger and deeper.” Who else came by? Jessica from Season 1 was there with her husband and their first child, Dax. The star of Season 3 said that she was having the best time of her life in New York City, which is where she met her boyfriend, who was also in the crowd. Marshall was Season 4’s joke king. He moved from Seattle to Los Angeles and is now single. As a member of the Season 6 pod team, AD was on the reunion couch earlier this year. She was happy to say that she’s “living [her] absolute best life” with a new man. She said, “We’re not telling anyone about it.” “Let’s keep it cute.”
5. Brittany Wisniewski and Leo Braudy:
Brittany Wisniewski and Leo Braudy went from being strangers to lovers to friends in a very strange way. They were engaged, broke up, and stayed close after Love is Blind season 7 ended. Since then, both Wisniewski and Braudy seem to have found love elsewhere. Wisniewski is now dating singer Mod Sun, and Braudy is dating actress Ally Shapiro.
6. Monica Davis and Stephen Richardson:
Entertainment Weekly says that Monica Davis broke off her engagement to Stephen Richardson when she saw some strange text messages on his phone.
“I found the texts by complete accident,” she told the news source. “That day, we were in our apartment. For breakfast, Taylor and Garrett texted all the couples and said, ‘We’re going to bake fall treats for everyone and drop them off later tonight.'” It was about to get dark, and he had to go to the bathroom, leaving his phone behind. It then lit up.
Even after they broke up, they stayed friendly. Davis is back together with an ex-lover, but Richardson is still single (for now).
7. Alex Byrd and Tim Godbee:
Another ex-couple, Alex Byrd and Tim Godbee, called off their engagement in the middle of the show. There was a big fight, and Godbee said, “I don’t ever want to see you again.” The DJ then went on Instagram to say what he thought about the split.
“When love, authenticity and respect are consistently met with lack of effort, constant antagonizing and lack of respect for your physical and mental space, it must be met with firm and unmistakable terms,” he said. “There is much left out from our story, some of which out of an attempt to protect something I once held dear.”
8. Stephen’s sleep test results are in:
[Please roll the dice.] He has trouble sleeping! We know that’s not why you’re here, though. Stephen says sorry for texting another woman while he was engaged to Monica. He says it again. Stephen can’t remember what was in the texts because he deletes his messages all the time. But he can’t seem to control his anger at how people are reacting to his mistake. “No one believes me.” “No one wants to hear my story,” he says. Even though he thinks he’s responsible for his weak moment (“I’ve read books. Monica isn’t really touched by “I go to therapy!” She tells him straight out, “Just stop doing something wrong.” She wants to make it clear that they are polite but not friends, even though Stephen says they are. She also wants to keep the peace and her space in the future.
9. Hannah Jiles and Nick Dorka:
Hannah Jiles and Nick Dorka’s relationship was rough, and they broke up before their wedding day. One very big problem? When they finally met, they were both let down by how the other person looked. “Comment”: Jiles said something about Dorka’s height, and Dorka called Jiles a “grenade.”
Later, Jiles told US Weekly, “I shouldn’t have done that, but I was just honest about it, and he felt the same way but wouldn’t say anything.” “I believe that’s why it made me feel bad. You should have told me if you felt that way.
“I really do think I was in love with him,” she said. If [not], we wouldn’t have been together for so long. In the end, we are not good. But Nick had a lot of good points, and I think you miss all the good times we had together. There were many cute and sweet times when I thought it might work. We broke up because there were clearly more bad things than good.
Love Is Blind Season 8 is on its way:
You thought we were done? A new season of Love Is Blind will show up in your queue before you know it. To everyone’s surprise, the Lacheys said that Season 8, which will be the fifth season of the show, will start on Valentine’s Day 2025. For the first time ever, some of the singles from the last gathering came to watch. They are from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Three new members of the pod team introduced themselves and gave us a sneak peek of what’s to come. “It’s such a small town,” one single person in Minneapolis said about the dating scene. “Sometimes you see the same people over and over.” I never did meet the right person.
