On Monday, Jan. 20, Donald Trump will take the oath of office again in front of the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. The event starts at noon ET and both fans and opponents are likely to pay a lot of attention to it.

There will likely be a lot of people at the next event, since Akamai’s previous hosting of Donald Trump’s inauguration in 2017 was the biggest live news event they had ever done.
Even though the guest list isn’t official yet, Joe Biden, members of Congress, the Supreme Court, Trump’s family, and the new Vice President, J.D. Vance, are expected to show up. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg are just a few of the tech stars who are said to be planning to attend. Shou Chew, CEO of TikTok, also plans to go to the inauguration on Monday.
“America the Beautiful” will likely be sung by Carrie Underwood.

Based on how things have gone in the past, the big ceremony should last about two hours. It only takes about 30 minutes for the swearing-in process. The whole livestream usually lasts for three hours and includes things like parades, shows, and other events.
