After six years, Manchester United has given their fans a moment to sing the anthem with much more pride than ever, as Manchester United won the Carabao Cup and started a new era.

Last night was glorious for all the Manchester United fans out there, Wembley Stadium was filled with United fans chanting the slogan and supporting their team.

Erik Ten Hag’s warriors thrashed Newcastle United in the final of the Carabao Cup and demolished their dream of lifting the cup.

Six years ago, United have won their title under Jose Mourinho’s leadership and since then they were searching for the right time.

Casemiro and Rashford led their side to lift the trophy in front of thousands of fans at Wembley Stadium.

Manchester United Won Carabao Cup – A New Era

Ever since the kick-off whistle blew, Manchester United warriors rumbled up against the Newcastle players and dominated.

In the first Manchester United star signing Casemiro gave his side a first-goal lead with a brilliant header and left the whole stadium roaring his name.

Perfect ball by Luke Shaw and the Brazilian man found the right spot with the head to put the ball into the net.

A few minutes later, the beast and unstoppable Marcus Rashford doubled the lead. His second goal somehow cleared the path for the United to lift the silver cup.

In the second half, Newcastle United tried every single opportunity to find the net but every time one of the United’s defenders arrived to block their goal.

Erik Ten Hag surely developed the whole team from scratch, in the beginning of the season no one thought that they would come this far and fight for the titles.

This Is Just The Start

In response to the victory, Ten Hag, via Sky Sports, Ten Hag said: Yet again this evening, they had the right spirit.”

“It’s a very good spirit, they act as a team and fight, give everything. It was not always the best football, but it was effective.”

“We are still in a start to restore Man Utd to where they belong, which is winning trophies and this is the first one.”

Manchester United disassembled Barcelona in the first leg of the Europa League and showed who they are in In the second leg they knocked them out by dismantling their defense.
