Gigi Hadid Slams Reports That She And Selena Gomez Are a Couple Gigi Hadid is setting the record straight. According to the rumor mill, the model is happy about the budding romance between Taylor Swift and football star Travis Kelce.
According to Hadid, she “doesn’t agree with the way” the relationship is being handled.
She commented on an Us Weekly report posted by Perez Hilton on Instagram, “I’m a couple of days late to this tag.. but didn’t the press try this last week with Selena? Let it be. we are all over the moon for our girl. Period.”
A report claiming Selena Gomez was “concerned” about Swift’s relationship “moving too fast” followed Hadid’s comments two days earlier. “Selena thinks Taylor going to games and galavanting through New York right after just meeting Travis is very unlike her,” the alleged insider told Page Six.
Although Gomez has not publicly addressed the relationship, everything appears to be well in Swift’s world. It has been seen that the pop star enjoys nights out with friends like Hadid, Gomez, Sophie Turner, Cara Delevingne, and Brittany Mahomes. Earlier this month, the group was seen leaving a New York restaurant together.
It was on Sept. 24 that Swift attended her first Kansas City Chiefs game with Kelce, and the couple has been enjoying their romance in the spotlight ever since. Kelce, who had seen Swift sing at her Eras Tour stop in Kansas City, extended the offer directly to her and expressed his disappointment at not having had the opportunity to meet her. In fact, he told the media that he was getting ready to give his phone number on a friendship bracelet.

Despite not running into one other that evening, Kelce claimed that he extended an invitation to her to watch him “rock the stage at Arrowhead [Stadium].” At Chiefs games, Swift’s attendance became a given, and they have been seen holding hands. Three performances into Swift’s South American portion of her world tour, Kelce has already been seen encouraging her from the Buenos Aires, Argentina, VIP area.
Kelce’s stunned response was filmed by fans as he watched alongside Scott Swift, the pop star’s father. Later, after Swift exited the stage, the two got back together and shared a kiss.
