However, Taco Tuesday is still popular all over the world. It might not be a good idea to do it the day after Meatless Monday, but it can still be a fun way for the team to enjoy happy hour together. Get creative with the different kinds of tacos, the toppings, and the sauces that people like to use. Put one department in charge of providing the tacos every week (while also helping to pay for them), and see which teams step up to the challenge. Give people a reason to do the study and ask them to look into tacos in different parts of the world. There might be calls for tequila, but it’s not necessary.
