The first season of Suits broke records for the most streams. The second season, Suits LA, is about to come out, but what about Suits Season 10?
In 2011, a wanted criminal who was high on drugs happened to walk into an interview for Harvard graduates at the most prestigious law firm in New York City. Because of his magnetic personality and deep knowledge of laws and rules, he even gets a job.
This was the beginning of Suits and the wonderful bond between Mike Ross and Harvey Specter. During nine seasons of TV that you can watch all at once, the two faced fraudsters, dishonest CEOs, prisons, and other problems.
Even though Suits ended in 2019, it was watched for nearly 58 billion minutes in 2023, thanks to how well it did on streaming sites. This weekend, NBC and Peacock will air Suits LA. Is there going to be a Suits Season 10?
Suits Season 10 Cast: Where Are They Now?
Patrick J. Adams has been open about the fact that he thinks his time on Suits Season 10came to an end naturally.
He quit his job as Mike Ross at the end of Season 7. He told The Hollywood Reporter, “After 7 seasons—really, eight years of being away from home and my wife, there was that pressure.”After Mike got out of jail at the end of the first part of Season 6, I began to think about leaving. Just from a story point of view, I wasn’t sure what was left for him.During his trial, Mike promised that if he were allowed to keep working as a lawyer, he would focus on helping people who don’t have a voice and not on big business interests. “I wasn’t sure how we were going to fit that version of the character into the show.”
Adams didn’t feel bad about staying a little longer, though. He also said, “Aaron Korsh and I talked about it, and he came up with the idea of Harvey offering a one-for-one deal that would keep Mike working at the firm so he could save up money to do more cases for free.” That made me think of a cool Season 7. I’m happy with how this season turned out.
Meghan Markle, who played Rachel Zane on the show, hasn’t been in any movies or TV shows since she married Prince Harry in 2016. She actually quit the first show because she got married.
At the same time, Gina Torres’s character, Jessica Pearson, was kicked off the show. Pearson ended up running for office in Chicago, so it’s not clear how she’d get back into the main series. Good news: Gabriel Macht will be back as Harvey Specter on Suits LA.

An unrelated show about a group of lawyers in Los Angeles will begin on February 23, 2025, if you’re still hungry for more Suits.
A representative from Universal International Studios, Beatrice Springborn, told Variety that the new TV show will have “the same energy and good-looking people that the original did.”
Aaron Korsh, who made the original show, will write it, and Stephen Amell, who plays Arrow, will act in it. He is going to play Ted Black, a “charismatic force of nature” who puts himself ahead of other people. Ted used to be a prosecutor in New York. He and his old friend Stuart Lane came together 15 years ago to open a criminal and entertainment law business in L.A.
Suits Season 10 Could Patrick J. Adams Return as Mike Ross?
It’s not clear if Patrick J. Adams will ever play Mike Ross again. Suits Season 10doesn’t look likely, and the brand lives on through spinoffs. A tenth season of Suits would have to change some great parts of the ending in order to work. This is true even if his Yellowstone spinoff ends up being a short project. Adams can still play Mike even though the main show doesn’t have to come back. Adams could be a guest star on Suits L.A. or just make a small appearance, which made fans who miss the character happy.
Adams staying on the show would stop the spinoff from growing and make the new characters feel less important. But letting Mike help with a case or show up for a short chat would honor his memory. There are also reports of a Suits movie, which could help bring Adams back one last time without ruining the end of the show. Adams will also be hosting a podcast with Sarah Rafferty in which he rewatches Suits. This means that even if he doesn’t play Mike Ross again, he’ll still be closely linked to the series.
Is Suits Season 10 Coming?
There will not be a Suits Season 10. But a new show is coming out soon.
The show ended after its ninth season because its numbers were going down. This made it possible for the short-lived Pearson spinoff. But ever since Suits hit the top of the charts on Netflix, there has been a huge desire for more episodes.
Gene Klein, executive producer, told TVLine, “I’ve told Aaron [Korsh] that, in this day and age of reboots and reunions… I’m expecting a call at some point.”
“But I haven’t heard of any serious talks.” Today, it’s just one of those things where it wouldn’t surprise you if someone called you someday. But as of now, I don’t know of anything.
Aaron Korsh, who runs the show, doesn’t seem as excited about the idea, but he recently said he’d “consider” bringing it back if enough people wanted it and he could get everyone to agree to a tenth season.
“First, I want to say that there is no plan to bring back Suits. Some network or streamer would have to reach out, the strike would have to end, and we would all have to want it to happen. That’s a big deal, he wrote.
Patrick J. Adams’ Yellowstone Spinoff Role Complicates Suits Season 10:
If Adams’ Yellowstone spinoff takes a long time, there might not be much time for a Suits reunion.
The fact that Patrick J. Adams has a new show called Yellowstone makes Suits Season 10even harder, since the actor is much less likely to come back. Adams has played some great roles since Suits, but Mike Ross is still his most famous character. This new project could give him his biggest part since Suits. Yellowstone has been one of the most popular dramas on TV since its premiere in 2018. It has already spawned a number of hit shows. So, Adams’ show should keep the brand going in a good direction. Also, 1923 is rumored to be getting a second season, so The Madison could also become a long-running show.
This is good news for the brand and Adams, but it makes it less likely that Suits will be back for a tenth season. Since Mike and Harvey got back together at the end of season 9, the story can’t go on without Adams. Also, if his Yellowstone spinoff turns into a long-term project, he won’t have much time for Suits. Even though the show’s strong finish means that a return might be controversial, season 10 would need Adams, who may be spending most of his time on The Madison. This is because Mike Ross was in some of Suits’ best scenes.
What was the conclusion of Suits Season 9?
We last saw Donna and Harvey getting married. They then moved back to Seattle to work with Mike and Rachel again. The four of them were going to sue big companies in class action suits.
Faye Richardson is also put in charge of the company, and in the last few episodes, she turns into a big bad guy. She then takes Louis’s place as managing partner after her arrival makes him act in a strange way.
In the end, Mike also came back at the last minute and went up against Harvey in a case about unfair working conditions. That client is also being worked with by Samantha, which caused a huge fight between the two, and Faye eventually fired Samantha.
Louis, on the other hand, became the head of Litt Wheeler Williams Bennett. There was even talk of a Louis spinoff. Producer Gene Klein said, “Obviously, there was one with a Louis Litt theme.” Aaron had plans for spinoffs about minor characters, like prequels where one of the characters would be younger. Lots of fun and interesting ideas that we never did anything with.
