The last five episodes of Cobra Kai Season 6 and final season are now available to watch. This is very good news for everyone in the Miyagiverse.
Miyagi-Do went to Spain for the Sekai Taikai in Season 6, Part 2. There, it fought to become world champions against both new difficulties and old enemies. In Episode 10, however, things went wrong when failed drug tests and the acts of a disgraced sensei led to a fight where one student died. We can now see where everyone goes next.
Before you watch the last five episodes, you can watch the brand-new trailer above and look at the amazing pictures below to see how this story began decades ago.

Johnny Didn’t Need a Crane Kick to Take Down Sensei Wolf in Cobra Kai Season 6:
Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Sensei Wolf (Lewis Tan) had a lot going against them in “Ex-Degenerate.” Like, Johnny even said that Wolf’s youth worried him, which had never really been a problem in Cobra KaiSeason 6 stories before. It wouldn’t have shocked me if the writers made him do something crazy to win the fight and bring home the Sekai Taikai championship for his dojo. I was sure that Johnny was going to be added to the list of people who have done Daniel LaRusso’s crane kick, but he wasn’t.
It might have been fun to come full circle, but Johnny winning with a crane kick would have messed up his whole arc. In the years between the first Karate Kid movie and the start of Cobra Kai, and even for most of the second season, that move that Daniel used to beat him in the 1984 All Valley Tournament stays with him. It wouldn’t have made sense for Johnny to win with a crane kick because that would have meant he publicly supported the move instead of leaving it in his painful past.
What’s Next in Cobra Kai Season 6, Part 3?
When the Sekai Taikai results came out, they shocked everyone. Now, Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai season 6 have to face their pasts and an unsure future, both on and off the mat. Things have been building up to this for almost 40 years, ever since the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament.
“All the big bads are still in play,” Hayden Schlossberg told Tudum. He co-created the show with Jon Hurwitz and Josh Heald. “Kreese, Silver, Sensei Wolf, and Master Kim Da-Eun are still with you.” There are still people on the board. There’s been no progress. With all the characters in pieces after Episode 10, we have a lot of fun ahead of us.
Cobra Kai Season 6 erfected Johnny’s Full-Circle Journey:
Johnny’s fight with Wolf didn’t need a crane kick to make him right with Wolf. The show did it in other ways instead. In the last few rounds of the Sekai Taikai, he was able to reclaim the Cobra Kai and bring his first student, Miguel Diaz of Xolo Maridueña, with him. The two of them graciously left Miyagi-Do to finish the competition. But there was a much better way for “Ex-Degenerate” to wrap up Johnny’s story.
There is a scene in Johnny vs. Wolf that reminds me a lot of Zabka’s last scene in The Karate Kid (1984). Wolf’s strange stance added something new to the game just as Daniel was getting ready to make a move that Johnny hadn’t seen coming or knew how to handle. Against Wolf, Johnny does what he should have done against Daniel in 1984. That’s the main difference. He lets Wolf attack and then uses Wolf’s speed against him. This shows how much Johnny has grown since he started using his Miyagi-Do lessons instead of sticking to his “strike first” philosophy all the time.
Who Made Cobra Kai Season 6 a Reality?
Counterbalance Entertainment, which also writes and produces Cobra KaiSeason 6. The three actors wrote a letter to fans when it was reported that would end after its Cobra Kai season 6. In it, they talked about the journey of the original Karate Kid Daniel LaRusso (Macchio), from the time he first came to the Valley in 1984 to now. They wrote about how he’s shaped a new generation of underdog heroes, made friends with people who wouldn’t normally be friends, and respected his sensei, Mr. Miyagi, by having his own school. This is the end of the Cobra Kai trip that the show’s creators wanted for Daniel, Johnny, and everyone else in the Miyagiverse.
They wrote, “Our goal from Day 1 with Cobra Kai has always been to end it on our terms, leaving the Valley at the time and place we’ve always imagined.” “So it is with great pride and gratitude that we can announce that accomplishment.” The Miyagiverse has never been stronger, even though today is a sad day for fans. All of what they said can be read above.
Will Smith, James Lassiter, and Caleeb Pinkett for Westbrook Entertainment; Susan Ekins with Sony Pictures Television; and Macchio and Zabka are the other executive producers of the show.
When will Cobra Kai Season 6, Part 3 be released?
All three parts of Cobra Kai Season 6 are now out, making one big 15-episode season that Zabka said was like a movie trilogy. “After the first five, the stakes are high.” I think if it were just a movie, it would beg for a second part because it’s such a great finish,” Zabka told after the first batch came out.
Even though this is the end, we can’t say goodbye because Cobra Kai never ends.
