    This time period is often considered to be the majority’s choice of time to go to bed. However, if you’re having trouble sleeping or you wake up as soon as you sleep – the issue then is that you’re having trouble coping up with the stress and worries of the day.

    To help yourself sleep, you need exercise for muscle tension reduction and relaxation, which is recommended. Meditation and positive mantras really help as well.

    If you wake up between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am

    If you’re up out of the blue between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am it means that your gall bladder is at work and active, which according to Chinese medicine showcases signs of emotional distress or disappointment.

    To go back to sleep around this time, forgiveness and acceptance are the two most important factors. Forgive your enemies, forget your worries, and accept yourself.

    If you wake up between these hours, emotions of anger have taken control of your body, according to ancient Chinese medicine. Anger is directly associated with your liver.

    In order to go back to sleep, drink a couple of glasses of cold water and try forgetting whatever situation that is making you angry. Control of temper and cold water will lead to sleep.

    If you’re waking up at these hours, you better pay attention, because it is believed that during this time the Divine Powers send you different messages to form a connection with your maker. As per Chinese medicine, it is believed that waking up at this time is linked to the energy that goes into your lungs, showcasing the emotions of sadness.

    In order to sleep again after waking up, breathe in and out slowly, and pray to the Divine Power that rests within you to help you.

    Waking up in the early morning without any sort of alarm showcases emotional blockage or trouble with the large intestine. To continue sleeping, try stretching your muscles a little or take a trip to the bathroom.

    Waking up all of a sudden at the early hours of the morning is known as inertia. Humans aren’t able to make important decisions at these hours or not think bright enough because our prefrontal cortex is not up by then.

    If you’re waking up at the same time every night, the sign is there from the Divine Power that something needs to be changed. Take it as messages from the unknown that are there to help you on your spiritual journey.
