The show, which started in 2022, is about a ranching family called the Abbotts who are dealing with the loss of a family member and facing off other farmers who want to take their land. As this is going on, the story thickens as a strange black hole appears on the land, throwing their lives into a really weird and scary area.
Josh Brolin gives a great performance as the family father Royal Abbott in Prime Video’s Outer Range. Outer Range Season 3 – The Story So Far and What’s Next?
It was no surprise that the biggest questions of Outer Range season 2 were answered, but they only led to more questions that were harder to understand. Autumn (Imogen Poots) is actually Amy (Olive Abercrombie) in the future. This became even clearer when Autumn pushed Amy into the black hole and Amy woke up with no memory of what happened but called herself Autumn. The link shut down because of this, which could have made for some fun problems in outer range season 3. Since Autumn was pretty much done with her life, the timeframe would only get less clear.
Speaking of Autumn, I kept seeing the older version of Amy leading the time cult throughout season 2, and I think season 3 would have been the start of her going that way.
