In the past, Jason Momoa was best known for his roles on TV shows like Baywatch: Hawaii, Stargate: Atlantis, and Game of Thrones. Now, he is a real Hollywood star. This is mostly because he plays Aquaman in the DC Extended Universe, but the actor has also been working on a lot of other big projects lately, like the future Minecraft movie and his own show that Max subscribers will soon be able to watch. But because of all his work, Momoa has been on the road a lot. He says he doesn’t “even have a home right now.”
During an interview with ET about his Max show On the Roam, Momoa talked about how his life of travel is going. On the show, he goes to different places in the United States to “meet the extraordinary individuals blazing their own path,” which is how it is described on the website. Momoa’s items he found along the way will be auctioned off for charity, which is good because he doesn’t seem to have a place to keep them (he told the outlet:
I wonder how Jason Momoa manages to live like a traveler while taking care of the two kids he has with his ex-wife Lisa Bonet, assuming he isn’t exaggerating by saying this. Wherever their dad works in the world, do they just go there and hang out with him, or does Momoa go see the kids wherever Bonet is? Even though he doesn’t have a fixed address, I’m sure he at least has a PO Box where important mail can be sent to him.
For some people, moving so much wouldn’t be fun, but Momoa has really enjoyed it, especially with On the Roam, because it’s helped him meet a lot of interesting people who aren’t in Hollywood. The star went on:
Momoa most recently played Arthur Curry again in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, which is the last DC movie in the order they came out during the DCEU era. There have been rumors that he might switch roles and play Lobo instead of Aquaman in the new DC Universe. Nothing is official yet. Besides DC, he’s about to start filming a buddy cop movie with Dave Bautista. He also has the miniseries Chief of War coming up, which you can watch if you have an Apple TV+ account.
