Benevides Machado was the fan who perished on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Saturday, according to Time for Fun, one of the event organizers. She had felt ill at the event, according to the Portuguese post, and first responders had taken care of her before transferring her to Salgado Filho Hospital, where she passed away.
Weiny Machado, 53, the father of Benevides Machado, told the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper in Brazil that he would need more information regarding whether or not spectators were allowed to carry water into the performance on Friday. He told the publication, “I want to know if it’s true that they aren’t allowed to bring water and didn’t offer assistance.” “My only daughter, a happy and bright girl, passed away.”

Swift posted on social media about how devastated she is by Ana Clara’s passing. Swift wrote in a handwritten note that was uploaded to her Instagram Stories on Friday, “I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but it’s with a shattered heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show.”
